Cure pimples
Pimples or acne is a skin condition that affects everybody. This is a
reason why nobody should be ashamed of it. The difference between you and
the one you envy is in the way you manage, hide and experience this
condition.
Managing your condition is a commons sense process that can be applied to
any other problem and you heard of it many times.
Eat healthy, exercise and keep
yourself clean.
Exercise
will help you lose weight, feel fit and good looking; and stay focused and
happy by increasing endorphins in your body.
The best way to exercise for a school age people is to join a team
sport. This kind of activity will help with making friends and with getting
a sense of purpose. Keep in mind that not everybody can be a quarterback;
there are many positions and many different sports and everybody can find
something that fits. Also keep in mind that in teenage years many kids
grow quickly and this is a cause of their clumsiness, so it is not only
you and it is not your fault. A sport can only help with this problem.
A good hygiene in an absolute mast for controlling pimples. Clean
skin will produce fewer pimples, they will not get big, inflamed and red,
and will be less noticeable. Being clean will make you feel good and more
confident.
The most important part of
controlling pimples is the way you experience your self.
One of the major causes of pimples
besides hormones is stress. Most commonly pimples become a problem at the
time a child’s body is changing into a sexual adult body of a man or a
woman. These changes are normal and beautiful and should be experienced in
that way. If a young person is ashamed of her new curve or of his deep
voice this will cause stress that will cause more pimples. If a young
person becomes clumsy which is normal and common, they may be ashamed of
this too and bring more stress on themselves. Teenage years are rebellious
years when young people become angry and feel that they are misunderstood.
This feeling is very stressful and the most difficult part is that teens
don’t relate well with authority, especially their parents. It is very
important to find a good mentor to get a good advice from and a good
friend to talk to and to listen to.
Managing stress for teens is not easy and it is very important to keep
busy with school and with favorite activities. Keeping your mind on your
favorite activity will take your mind off your pimples; it will make you
feel successful, purposeful and needed. Being confident, liking who you
are and what you do is the most important requirement to control your
acne.
